ABOUT EEFC
East-European Finance Corporation (EEFC) is one of the leading commercial banking groups in the Russian Federation.At present EEFC, besides EEFC Bank Banja Luka, consists of 8 commercial banks: EEFC Bank, Inkasbank, Petro-Aero-Bank, Ruscobank, Vyborg-Bank, Ural Trust Bank, Bank EEFC-Ural and Novosibirskvneshtorgbank, and also a group of financial and industrial companies. All above mentioned member-banks of East-European Finance Corporation operate in the Russian banking market for several years. For example, EEFC Bank and Ruscobank work in the market for more than 15 years.
Total assets of EEFC as at October 01, 2007 estimate approximately EUR 2,2 bln., total shareholders equity – EUR 217 mln., balance on the clients’ accounts – EUR 1,8 bln.
The Corporation has a strong position in the banking market of the Russian Federation, being among top 40 banks. Total number of employees within the Corporation exceeds 3000 people.
The Corporation has a wide branch network in Russia. Today more than 250 branches offer banking services in Saint Petersburg and and Leningrad region, Moscow and Moscow region, Arkhangelsk, Veliky Novgorod, Voronezh, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Pskov, Ekaterinburg, Kalingrad, Kostroma, Nalchik, Petrozavodsk, Rostov on Don, Izhevsk and Udmurtija. The Corporation’s strategy includes development of the branch network in Russia, aimed at covering the European part of the coutry, Ural and part of the Western Siberia.
East-European Finance Corporation actively develops its international presence. Among the others, it is planned to start development of the branch network in the Republic of Srpska.
